At TRG we take our values very seriously. We were very deliberate about identifying these values. We looked at ourselves, we looked at the decades of work we’ve done with our clients, we looked at how we treat each other, and we identified the things we clearly value.

Integrity: Integrity is part of our DNA. It underlines our dealings with each other and with our clients and suppliers.

Respect: Because we have a unique team environment and we work with an incredibly wide range of clients and suppliers, we know that maintaining respectful and positive relationships with our clients, our suppliers, plan members and the communities we work in, is really important.

Innovation: We strive to learn. We bring our own team together regularly to learn from one another and we often invite outside parties to contribute to our learning experience. It is out of this commitment to learn that we find new, better ways to do what we do. We believe convention is just a starting point.

Passion: We love what we do.

Fun: We take our work very seriously, but not ourselves. Fun is a state of being for us. We don’t just enjoy our work, we have fun with it. In simple terms, we’re helping business succeed by making the lives of their employees better! We enjoy giving back to our community too, by participating in a wide variety of activities outside our workplace.
