A benefits consultant will help your organization define your needs, wants and desires based upon a strategic overview of your company’s employee benefit plan goals then design a unique custom program for your organization. They will then assist with employee communication and plan implementation followed by a continual monitoring of your benefits program to make sure it follows through to meet your targeted goals.

A number of issues need to be addressed when we undergo a process with you that we refer to as a “Discovery Stage” or “Situation Analysis”. The purpose of this stage is to determine the current state of your existing benefits program to identify areas of risk and opportunity. This is followed by the design and implementation of a benefits program that is best suited to your company culture and corporate goals. An evaluation of your current underwriter and how they are performing the various tasks is next. The final step is customizing a communication strategy (or strategies) to get the new and improved benefits program and its message out to your employees.
